Age of Action is a non-profit organization in Durban, South Africa, using visual arts, music, and drama to raise awareness on social issues., to promote social awareness and sustainability in South AfricaTo raise awareness about the impact of mental health issues, unemployment,cyber bullying, peer pressure and racial tolerance.




Thami Ntimbane is the CEO and founder of Age of Action, a passionate multidisciplinary creative from Empangeni, now based in Durban. As a hip hop artist, graphic designer, videographer, and canal tour guide, he blends art, tourism, and storytelling to celebrate culture and community. Thami is also dedicated to nurturing young talent in KwaZulu-Natal, actively supporting platforms like Hood vs Hood by KZN Lockdown Cypher, a movement championed by local hip hop legend Zakwe. Through his artistic work and advocacy, Thami champions mental health, unity, and social justice—proving that creativity can spark powerful change.




Philile Ntimbane serves as the Finance Officer of Age of Action, where she ensures the organisation’s financial integrity and sustainability. With a background in writing, theatre, and education, Philile brings both creativity and discipline to her role. She is passionate about supporting grassroots efforts and believes that well-managed resources are key to lasting community impact. In addition to overseeing budgets and financial planning, she contributes to the organisation’s vision by helping shape thoughtful, people-centered programmes.
Tuduetso Tshetlo, the organisation’s Secretary, brings a calm presence, deep empathy, and a heartfelt commitment to building strong families and communities. Raised in a family of five children, she understands the value of connection, support, and always having someone to talk to—an experience she knows many go without. This personal insight drew her to Age of Action, where she actively contributes to projects that bring families closer together. She is especially passionate about the Dads and Daughters initiative, which focuses on healing and strengthening the father-daughter bond—often neglected in traditional society. Tuduetso also brings creativity and vision to her work through her background in fashion design.
